At the polling station, a voter opens EVO, scans the QR code displayed at the electoral operator’s desk, checks the data the app shows and confirms on their own phone that it can be sent. Once the operator validates the information, the voter receives a paper ballot. Only the data needed to confirm the right to vote is requested, and it is sent with the voter’s consent.
