THE Agency for Border Control and Protection (AKPS) has confirmed that two viral videos circulating on social media were fabricated using deepfake technology to impersonate the agency’s Director-General. The videos, uploaded via the TikTok account @datok.abdul.kazim, featured a face and voice closely resembling the senior official.
