Supported by the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), the sandbox which is part of Saint Lucia’s DigiGov Program, will allow regulators to identify gaps in existing rules and develop safeguards while systems are being tested. The objective is to let innovators test digital products and business models before they are considered ripe for deployment at scale.
