The filing concerns its blockchain-enabled Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) System-on-a-Chip, integrated with the IKE Mobile App that facilitates real-time age and identity verification via smartphones. This submission represents the first full PMTA application for a standalone, scalable age-gating technology designed specifically for electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS).
