Scanovate will lead Prytek's client lifecycle management segment and collaborate with other group companies. Prytek operates in 14 countries with over 1,500 employees, serving more than 500 tier-1 clients globally. The group recently completed several major acquisitions, including TipRanks in August 2024 and Delta Capita's purchase of DTCC's regulatory reporting platform in August 2025.
