Following the initial launch in two countries, Google Wallet for Android now supports three more passport IDs. You can only add one ID pass to your Google Account. The passport can be removed from Google Wallet using the phone app or online at myaccount.google.com. This three-step process involves taking a picture of your passport’s info page. You then scan the security chip embedded into the back cover of your passport with your phone’s NFC chip.
