According to the company, the reservation service for upcoming pop-up store events is expected to attract around 100,000 users, making the establishment of a user-centric reservation environment and a one-person, one-account policy a key operational priority. Argos' ID Check verifies a user's identity during the reservation process and establishes an authentication framework capable of preventing multiple account registrations and abnormal booking attempts by the same individual. The solution uses artificial intelligence-based ID document verification, forgery detection and facial matching technologies to validate user identities. V-Eight Corp also plans to implement facial authentication at venue entry points using identity information verified during the reservation process.
