Anthropic is the data controller in the process and will be using identify verification (IDV) provider Persona Identities to conduct the IDV process. IDV prompts may be triggered when Claude users access certain capabilities as part of Anthropic’s “routine platform integrity checks, or other safety and compliance measures.
